TopTierShop.com represents several manufacturers. We ship some of our products direct from our fulfillment center, while other products may come direct from the manufacturer. Multi-Product orders may arrive in multiple boxes from varied points of origin.

The typical shipping method used is UPS packaged shipping. Each shipper reserves the rights to change shipping carriers at their discretion.

We will make any effort to process each order the same day it's received. How quickly orders are fulfilled and shipped is subject to the shipping policies of the distributor supplying the product in order. Each shipper will do their best to fulfill and ship your order within 24-48 hours of its purchase.

The length of time it takes for your order to arrive may be affected by the origin of the shipment. Typically within 7 to 10 days.

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

We process orders everyday. Orders will be processed within the same day of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 3 business days from the day you completed your payment.

Shipping Confirmation
Shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. It will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit the necessary requirements to customs or the courier. If the order has been tagged as return to sender/unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or submit the necessary requirements, we will not be able to process any refunds or replacements for free. You will need to place the order again. 

Delivery
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE RECEIVING, YOUR SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL (2-3 WEEKS). REST ASSURED, WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ASAP. WE KNOW IT MAY BE FRUSTRATING TO WAIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR YOUR ORDER, BUT THE ONE THING WE DON’T WANT TO DO IS SACRIFICE THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING

Cancellations/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly.  Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Will I Be Charged With Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination. This will be determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?

We offer FREE international shipping on all products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from www.toptiershop.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without receipt may be refused. Top Tier Shop reserves the right to deny any return.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
